Lol...the judgement that removed oshiomole and the one that reinstated him are both trash.....A state high court can't decide the matter of another state...except in some instances, if this qualifies for that instance, I don't know....and asking him to step aside pending the determination of his suit is another weird decision...more like asking a governor to step aside pending the end of his tribunal case.

I am not sure......but on another topic....in pre-election matters you can file at any FHC and the FCT High Court, irrespective of the State.

The case started from the party ward in Edo state. The case should have been filed at the Edo State High Court or a federal high court. FCT high court didn’t have jurisdiction on Edo State.

Have you heard where a case from one state high court has been transferred to another state high court? But there are many cases transferred from federal high court to another one in another state.

The court in Kano is Federal High Court, Kano.

The court in Abuja is FCT High court. The FCT high court is a state court.

There are two courts in Abuja. Just like you have state and federal high courts in various state,you also have federal high court, Abuja and fct high court,Abuja.
