I called IRCC and was told my PR application was refused.I am yet to receive any email though. It is also well over my 6- month timeline. I can't think of any reason why I was refused no ADR was made during the processing time.

His current CRS is 471, he should get invitation to apply in the next draw.

THE Question: He currently apply as a single applicant, he already have a 2years old child out of wed luck. NOW he is planning to get married to the lady, the wedding is to take place in May, this year. The question now is that will he be able to add his son and wife after submitting his application, ALSO hope that will not affected his score I.e HOPE is CRS will not be recalculated.

Decision to Travel
Immediately i started thinking of raising a family,

IELTS
I even had to work all through the previous night, drove to the exam hall with my laptop
(My job is IT related, hence the criticality of me working even at that point, as there was a major issue).

Then OINP came through around July,
ITA came OCT 2nd.

Submitted my application by 13th of October 2019

On 27th of February, I got the golden mail (though I prayed it came before my birthday [/b]but [b]I got it 7days after)

At least I know I now have a choice from the madness happening around here.

From what you described, he is not single rather he is in a Common Law relationship; hence his CRS will be recalculated. I may be wrong anyways

provide the required documents or provide loe stating you can't get it and that is doesn't affect your eligibility scores (67/100 mimimum-make sure without his points you still score 67 or more)

if they have lived together for one year one can claim the common law. The onus lies with the applicant to claim it or not.in our culture you are either single or married . So he may not claim common law. But the case is tricky sha
