Does anyone know the process of changing their name (Maiden to married) after landing in Canada?

I left Nigeria in 2009 to country A and relocated in 2017 to country B where I currently reside.

While completing my EE application there is no request for Nigerian PCC as the only PCC requested is for country A and B. Although I have all three PCC's, should I ignore putting Nigeria PCC ?

It may not be an upfront requirement, but a VO may ask or may not ask for it in the process of reviewing your application (see scenario examples in link below)...since you already have it, my advise.....upload it.

I've sent my statement of result of diploma to wes 5 times. And each time after the "we are processing a new document" I get hit with another email from wes saying "not received"

All other ones I sent including transcript for the diploma and bsc has been received and accepted. Certificate for bsc received and accepted. Just the diploma one saying not received. If it wasn't accepted it would have been a different case. Pls what do I do?.

Kindly confirm if your grades are stated on your statement of results? Because if grades are written on it wes will not accept it from you, only from your school.

It is likely because you have not resided in Nigeria for over 10 years, since you left in 2009. Personal history has a 10 year cutoff point.

Hello I think if its your Statement of result then its better you send it through hellofax,its free and I can assure you that WES will confirm receipt of the document few days later.
Just try it and let's see if it works.

Your husband's medical degree is recognized on the level of a masters degree. He should evaluate with MCC not Wes

Do whichever course is the fastest to finish.

I called IRCC and was told my PR application was refused.I am yet to receive any email though. It is also well over my 6- month timeline. I can't think of any reason why I was refused no ADR was made during the processing time.

this is encouraging. I have a family member that went straight into business, he skipped uni. he followed and made money and wants to apply for EE.
the only thing he needs is two or more certificate. is it going to be possible to combine acca (all papers=3 years degree) with something else?
He needs points for 2 or more certificates.

sure he can. If the money you are talking about is huge he can do enterpreneur steam. Each province have their requirements.new foundland for example requires 200k cad investment and net worth of 600k cad

For EE, you should be looking at 470 or thereabouts.

If you have maxed out all options for increasing your score, Explore PNP routes.

A tip: Learn french (6 months to 1 year) Pass TEF (CLB 7), adjust your EE profile to reflect French as a first language - you will be selected in the OINP French speaking stream worth 600 points.

they would tell you the reason in the email. Think well in the main time o. Is it noc mismatch, pof, eca summary, work experience dates etc
