All the suspected cases have turned out negative. The only confirmed case is getting better by the day.
America itself is not doing anything better than us in this regard.

Also, we are just concluding winter in most territories. Tou say South Africa is having its hottest months. Did you also bother to read the article? Both of them got the virus after travel to Italy. So far they do not have a case of the virus being transmitted from person to person in SA. Nobody knows whether it thrives in warm weather or not but the evidence points that way.

The same reason why FLU is mostly prevalent in the winter.
