Bros, did you just mention Penn Foster and ISSA in one sentence? And even graded ISSA as an easy call?
ISSA calls are very easy na. I miss Sunrun calls. I don't know why I am not seeing Sunrun calls again.

Lol.. I've said it before and I'll say it again, 10 minutes call takes me 30 minutes. Believe it or not, I don't give 2 f**ks.

Gosh!! This boy didn't do maths in school. How do you see the figures and still be saying this? It's all good, though. I just needed other people to have an idea of the dynamics, so you don't give new people a false idea. I'm done talking. Tell your folks to get you a calculator as your next birthday present. You need it more than you think.

Bro, it's not a matter of the leaderboard; it's a matter of what you said. You said you complete a 10-minute call in 30 minutes. I complete a 10-minute call in just over one hour, which I believe is tenderfigure's range. Now, let's do a simple calculation; you did mathematics in school, right? If you complete a 10-minute call in 30 minutes, then you'll need only 5 hours to get to 100 minutes in a day. Let's add four hours to that in case of other things that'll take your time. Going by this calculation and your "incredible speed", you should be hitting 400 minutes with ease in just four days and over 600 minutes in a week. However, the screenshot you posted here, which is obviously your best, shows just 400 minutes in a week. This means that your incredible fast ass is slower than tenderfigure's humble fingers, which is definitely very well over an hour. If you wan lie, make e get logical backing. No just come here dey throwey lie when e no dey put money for your Africard. Post a screenshot of 600 minutes, and it'll tally with the speed you claim to have. 400 minutes is achievable even without working on a Monday. If you still don't get the simple mathematics, then I guess my question has been answered: you no do maths for school.
You're not factoring in fatique and breaks. Anyway, Ralph was hitting over 1000 minutes of 4s and 5s weekly, I don't think he was spending one hour one 10 minutes to achieve that. People like Arlen and Pau C even delete the AI transcript to type everything from scratch( probably not everytime though). Also, the numbers on the leaderboard are sometimes way lessn the figure.

I have even successfully worked on funding circle call before.

You try, but your calculation is not easily achievable on Qa bearing in mind that sometimes we do have call scarcity, power supply, bad audio and invalid calls to battle with. So even if he is able to work on a 10 mins call with 30mins, he might end up doing only six per day due to the above mentioned reason.
Also, he works with his phone throughout too.

I could only get one 5 rating with the blocked account.

The greatest challenge for me has always been the inability to understand what this guys are saying sometimes, especially when they speak with low voice.

Na misheard words, grammar, sentence structure and some capitalization dey finish me.

Although, I just installed grammarly recently.

Bro, I understand you. If Ralph comes here and tells me he uses 30 minutes for a 10-minute call, I can't doubt it; that is my point. Anyone who is that fast won't have his highest minutes as 400 minutes in a week because that is achievable with the average speed of around one hour per 10 minutes call. I don't doubt it's possible. What I know is impossible is you can't have 400 minutes as your highest and say you're that fast; it doesn't add up at all.

Please the page kept loading clip 4 for me as my transcription test.
Can you kindly help me check before I submit?

Hi Jemmy, I want to go back. Glad we could connect. More than anything, I want to make sure we find time and account there for a short demo. I think if you and the other stakeholders see the part of connection, they'll be able to understand why you were able to make such grandiose statements. If you are not able to improve the efficiency of your sales force , by at least 10% in the first month, you'll have your full money back. Guaranteed.

I guess after proving to them, your account would be on auto rating and not be rated by a human which explains the consecutive 5s without rater's number.

I don't think anybody's call is being auto rated. From what I understand, they implemented a system where calls done by "Good" transcribers appear at the top of the rating queue. That way, anyone rating such call wouldn't waste much time going through it. In regards to the lack of rater number, these numbers didn't exist until new raters were brought on board, so I feel it's just those new raters that have them. Na wetin be just reason be this.

Focus your attention on submitting quality transcripts not quantity and you shall have a testimony. Just read the FAQ the same way you read your religious books.

Well, I understand you; you are probably right. Try to look at it from my perspective. Why is it that any rated work that doesn't have rater's number on it is always 5? Have you seen any 1-4 rated call without rater's number? Last week I did two 22mins calls with over 300 statements and under 3 mins it was rated 5, with no rater's number. If it was rated by a human, it means the guy didn't even look at the work, and also means that any call that appears on their "Special queue" done by good transcribers is automatic 5.

Well, the thing is, it's hard to believe that calls can be auto-rated because someone has to score them after rating. So, in the end, someone has to read through it, and I believe they have an AI that assist them in rating. But you're right, though: I don't think I've seen a 4-rated transcript without rater code.
