I am trying to secure a consulate appointment for a national visa/work visa as I already have work permit from ministry in Poland in place. But I have tried for a week now and not successful. Can anybody giv a hint how to successfully book an appointment at the consulate?
you have to keep checking try after work hours or you call the embassy to find out when they will release their next date.(that what I read here page 20 -30)

yes, but if the person is not your father/mother he must issue you a letter of sponsorship stating he is willing to finance your stay in poland. it must be endors (signed )by a legal entity(court). And he must also provide sufficient evidence of fund, etc.

I advice you read from page 1. Am doing the same but if you can't read from page 37-64 the information you seek is there

Please more advice will be need on this subject

VINOMENALXX:

How is the sponsor related to you?
He/she is not family?
In that case, you have to get a letter from a lawyer signed and sealed testifying as a witness that the sponsor is truly the one sponsoring you and he is ready to shoulder the responsibilities throughout your stay in Poland (the sponsor should also say this in his letter)
.

Joeyzasa55.

If your sponsor is not your father/mother and does not share a surname with you follow the above instruction

Hi VINOMENALXX. Please were your documents finally legalized by the embassy? If yes, did MFA write a note just above the stamp and signature during their own legalization?

for legalization this will help too

Legalization at the embassy is Done together with when you're applying for a visa.
It cost €30 and visa €60
Make sure you go. With Euro. Naira is not accepted

For legalization this will help. Ignore my other post

Thank you for your help guys. It’s my first time on this thread and I’ve gone through a lot of text here. I want to apply for a three months language course in Poland. Do I stand a chance for a visa? Also, I plan to get admission into a university before the three months is up. I hope it’s possible to apply for a visa extension in Poland? I have a sponsor who has a tax clearance certificate, CAC registration and owns a business. Thanks guys.

Please what are the requirements to visit Poland ? is it compulsory that I will have an invitation letter ? Please let me know the requirement because I would want to visit Poland and later change into a student visa Thank you

Please also state the visa chances for visit visa.. I’m tired of this country (Nigeria) I will love to leave as soon as possible

you better dn’t take all those previous negative contributions seriously. Poland embassy gives visa if your documents are complete, all you just need is the right info plus there’s work in Poland...Warsaw actually, I only know of Warsaw cos I stay in Warsaw (make I no talk Wetin I no know)
And it’s better to go with what people are using to get the visa than going for credit cards ( credit cards are valid though cos it’s on their official paper as proof of funds)

my dear just go for a bsc or MSC directly. You have a poor chance of getting a visa with just a language course.

from what I have read here there are jobs in Poland. To earn more and have lot of opportunity just try and learn the language. You can learn it when you get there or you start using udemy

Work Permits

Foreign workers are required to have the proper visas and work permits in Poland, as established by immigration laws. Work permits must be secured for employees, and sponsored by a locally licensed and incorporated entity, which can be a problem for companies just entering the Polish market. Poland is known for typically being quite inflexible with its visa arrangements for foreigners, and visas will only be granted if no suitable Polish candidate can be sourced for a position.

It is possible for companies that have established limited liability or joint-stock companies, or limited or limited joint-stock partnerships, to arrange visas for their workers. The relevant visa is Work Permit C, for foreigners who perform work in Poland for a foreign employer for a period exceeding 30 days, as long as the conditions of their employment align with the conditions stipulated within the Polish Labour Code. Permits are issued by the Province Governor. Work permits are valid for a maximum one year and are only valid if the applicant performs the work specified in the permit.

Please share a number so i can chat u on whatsapp. Got my work permit and have an appointment with the embassy. I need some clarifications though and what to expect

the 30euro is for legalization @ the embassy. You will pay for it after you got your visa.

U have to covert naira to euro and pay with euro at the embassy.
