Academic qualification isn’t sufficient criteria or benchmark for leadership or intelligence. Facebook and Microsoft are key examples.

There shud be moral standards, various social and criminal record checks etc...

Which mess are you referring too. We have said it times without numbers, Buhari certificate is equivalent to master level. But that does not says he is not a dull student. More is expected of him which he could not give being a dullard.

This is how it should've been; president/vice president/senate president/chief judge - must be a professor. Governor/minister/senator/commissioner - must be a PhD holder. House of assembly/house of representatives/lga chairman etc - Bsc/HND.

YINMU. As school-leaving certificate was not verifiable, so will HND diploma. This is Nigeria.
