Even if itd possible and true ,let them start with houses in askoro and gwarinpa,where aboki is just mounted there to on their gen every night like the people living there stays in Nigeria

If you go to Abuja, many houses are unoccupied, mostly owned by politicians. Due to the fact that they looted the funds for building such estates, they can afford to let it lie fallow for years.


Good move by FG. If the owners don't come forward, rent it out to the masses at a discounted rate.

Does Fashola thinks people still fall for these petty and useless talks that never get implemented? I think our journalists need to stop entertaining this kind of discussion/interview. We waste so much pages of the newspaper displaying empty talks.

They can't do it. It sounds nice, creates useless conversations and distractions, so APC will push it into the public space. There is almost complete blackout in parts of Abuja. Nothing is being done.

The irony of plenty. I know of many houses in Abuja that are not occupued- many of them .Estates sprawled like broken china without occupants.

Fashola himself has many empty houses all over Lagos and Nigeria. There’s one or 2 at Ikoyi with multi rooms so I hope he will rent it out to young people. Tho he said it’s not compulsory. Lol
