It's so bad that during my service year in the north, I had to travel a distance as far as Victoria island to Badagry on bike just to locate a Yoruba woman that sells amala and better goat meat

Here, kids are home until April. No school. No church etc. Only necessary movement advised. Streets are empty. It’s not yet police-enforced like in China but fear is doing a good job of keeping people at home.

Hence I decided to bake cookies to entertain this little one. Only God know how the next many weeks are going to be.

I'm just not seeing the major panic over here, admittedly the UK are being a lot slower with their 'strategies' than others. Who knows, maybe I'll be told not to come into work tomorrow

My personal dinner went in a real Yoruba way

Fresh plantain amala swallow, Efo, omi obe with Fish.... I make my plantain swallow from scratch with unripe plantain cos I don't like doing elubo
