You can get chocolate chips but it's pricey, check some baking shops.

So much talk talk and less food posts here. Even the ones that complain of derailers are the ones derailing the thread. Two pages of talk and nonsense chats. Can y'all stick to posting food more and less the unnecessary gists and chats. The god forsaken notice me trolls on this thread stick to the rules of the thread. If you don't have anything to post just keep SHUT. I can't imagine wasting the last 30mins scrolling through bullshit chats and no food pic involved. If you are tired of this thread go and create your own just as one of una friends did and stop coming here to bicker and bark life a deranged bull dog.

That's not possible. He's a diabetic avoiding medication through diet, but the same problem exists in his body. There's no known cure for any type of diabetes.

I understand your perspective a bit more though. However, you should understand that diabetics must carefully manage their diet to not only avoid sugar spikes, but also anything that will interact poorly with medication/treatment. Red meat, for example, is rich in iron. That presents a problem for them, but healthy, active people need it.

You should also remember that research and assertions tend to follow what industries are trying to sell. Thousands of years of consumption, nutritional value, and overall health and fitness in a population are more indicative of the truth IMHO.

Another tidbit to note is that claims about certain foods are often based on not only biased studies, but inaccurate info that neglects things like making a distinction between a boiled or fried preparation, or lean vs. fatty cuts.

But I'm not claiming to be an expert, so take what I have to say with a grain of salt.
I think diabetes can be managed by eating healthy and staying fit. Morning walk with eating a healthy diet and taking a good sleep is really effective for managing diabetes. While my friend is a diabetic patient, and the doctor advised him to take care of his foot and advised different exercises for daily routine. He also added daily meditation and yoga in his lifestyle.

Why are you so bitter? Are you going through hard times? You need to talk to someone. A therapist maybe?

Don't Reject Egusi Soup If you haven't Seen This Yet
Before now, I used to shy away from eating Egusi Soup due to some reasons best know to me.

People feel certain way towards certain kinds of food for some obvious reason, sometimes, the reason is only best known to them.

You may have your reasons or Know someone as such. The most important thing is that this will clear your thinking, perceptions and all what not that you think or been thinking about this very soup.

Let's find out ;

you can chop up a plain chocolate bar and bake into your cookies. When it melts there’s no difference
Hmmmm, I guess that can work as well. But won't it melt into the dough before baking?

Before baking? No it won’t. Unless you’re working in a hot environment. In which case chocolate ship will melt too.

Soft bake chocolate chip cookies.

Are you in a corona virus social distancing zone? How are you spending your time?
Here, kids are home until April. No school. No church etc. Only necessary movement advised. Streets are empty. It’s not yet police-enforced like in China but fear is doing a good job of keeping people at home.

Hence I decided to bake cookies to entertain this little one. Only God know how the next many weeks are going to be.
