I am not ibadan indigene but slums or no slums... Most of capital city in east are like 2 LGA area in Ibadan. All this brown roof area was pre colonial era civilization which during that time eastern region was still using grasses as roof. And they have large mass of land which make them neglected those area and still building modern structures in other axis. To let you know some land in Ibadan is above 100million naira for a plots eg Alalubosa gra and co.
