Dear NLders,
Good afternoon all. I have an apartment I'm working on and I have plans of packing in to the apartment in less than 2 months by God's Grace.

The problem is that, The owner of the house next to me have small pigries and poultry farm next to my sitting room and master bedroom. The odur of pigs and poultry is unbearable for me and my family.

What Agency can I report this to that will make him relocate this out in short time.

You could contact the environmental agency in Lagos but from experience,there little that may change.
