jln115:Yes, the older Ezugwu can fit a large caliber gun. This was why I was saying the design concept is similar to the Ratel. But since dem born you too dey argue too much, u think say na fight. |

kabe1:The reason I said the old one could be used as an IFV was due to the sloped front and lack of windscreens..... Not because its similar to the Ratel, infact it looks more like modern day IFVs like the Patria or Badger, than the Ratel, fact it shares virtually nothing in common with the Ratel. It does however remind me of the rg 34

Infantry Patrol Vehicle 2 Nigerian made. The army is saying they would also use this for special forces and quick reaction regiments. Design stage to final product. The seats also look super comfortable.

pacretus:if fitting a bigger gun then yes 6x6 will be better but if used simply as an APC/mrap then 4x4 will suffice! |

jln115:I don't know the names of your vehicles, but this is one of the vehicles I said looks like the Ezugwu. You can see the resemblance. It is clear. |

slimthugchimee2:Those things are add-on armour. If you saw the video of the launch of the Ezugwu last year, you would see the vehicle comfortably taking ak-47 bullets at 1 meter ranges. Point blank range. |

kabe1:yes the RG34 is definitely similar to the Ezugwu The pic below is of the Ratel.... You can clearly see why I said they are nothing alike..... I was never dissing the Ezugwu, just simply stating it doesn't share the same design concept as the Ratel.

slimthugchimee2:Show me where I called it that. I criticised the visibility and blind spots on the first iteration. Are my concerns not justified with the version 2 just released? |

slimthugchimee2:I agree with this. We should be phasing out light skin vehicles in general, and use the Innoson primarily for utility.

How are these skinny doors armored? Or am i missing something here? Those flat skinny rear doors can survive IED blasts? This is a serious question, not throwing shade, was expecting them to be bulkier than what am looking at kabe1: |

Look at covid 19 infections and deaths in Iran! Top IRGC officers,MPs,ambassadors and senior clerics. On March 3, Parliament’s Deputy Speaker Abdolreza Mesri said that 23 members of parliament—eight percent of the Majles—had contracted the disease. The same day, Parliament was suspended indefinitely to prevent new infections. “These people have a close relationship with the people and they carry different viruses from different parts of the country, which may create a new virus, so we recommend the lawmakers to cut off their relationship with the public for now,” Mesri said.https://iranprimer.usip.org/blog/2020/mar/11/iranian-officials-infected-covid-19 By March 10, at least nine current or former officials had died from COVID-19, including Mohammad Mirmohammadi, a member of the Expediency Council, and Hossein Sheikholeslam, a former deputy foreign minister and ambassador to Syria who had been a major figure during the seizure of the U.S. Embassy in Tehran. Five members of Iran's elite Revolutionary Guards had also reportedly died from the virus. The following is a list of government officials who have contracted the virus. It gets worse! DeathsAnd many many more including Ali Akbar Velayati himself,ex foreign min and now advisior to the Supreme Leader. |

Sizzorkay:We use Chobam armour for the Ezugwu MRAP APC. Light arms cannot penetrate the armour if the Ezugwu. Photos attached. When taking into account the result of test carried out, the Ezugwu is pretty adequate.
