How did Tata break into india, their government wanted to reduce importation of cars and tata came in and made tiny cars like picanto and they were sold for 700k naira.
They made cars for 1.8mil and 3 million. Bc they needed to go into the market and people queued in.
Presently innoson is cheaper than other cars in Nigeria but I know how we think. We will want it almost free Bc it’s owned by a Nigerian , an igbo.

He should make cheaper cars for now.

Kudos to the brains at Innoson Motors. I have been following the story of the Organization. Very good things coming from Nigeria.
I believe if we all chip in/patronize, at least one purchase each from the Company, we will be helping ourselves and Nigeria a lot.
Please note, as some folks here have rightly pointed out, every vehicles in the world have some idea from or resemblance to the next one. I am aware the Innoson designers know better than to make outright design copy. In the meantime, folks that noted one or two similarity(ies) to a known brand can suggest in drawing via email to the Company what alterations can be input. We can do well in Nigeria making constructive criticism than writing off innovations and great ideas.
Let's build Innoson up in any little way we can. This will encourage other budding innovators.

I wish this guy can just introduce a model whose price range won't be more than 1-1.5m he will capture the middle and lower classes of Nigerians who are actually in the majority and that will mean more money for him and less dependent on Cotonou imports, these our greedy politicians won't patronage him, no matter how sleeky designs he introduces, he should forget them and target the middle class like me.
