Get someone to mentor you. Go to YouTube and learn how to design a web site without codes. Before you learn with codes.

Learn python. You don't need to pay anyone. There are useful resources on youtube.

if you are going into mobile app development learn Java.
if you are going into data analysis/science or machine learning, learn python.
I am a practitioner Data scientist/Analyst. If you want to use this holiday to learn a language, I think you should learn python or SQL. simple and short. if you are ready, I can help you. quote me so we talk better.
