There are good options.
We're just lacking in creativity on how to incorporate them into our daily diet.
I'd say we're more of creatively lazy and are stuck with our old diets than we lack of options.

Foods like sorghum and fonio are not fully explored ( who knows what other ones are out there that we haven't even discovered yet), and they're packed with nutrients upon nutrients and are gluten free. They're an excellent choice for diabetics.

In other parts of the world, the new generation are creating new healthier cuisines that have become staples.
I believe we should do the same rather than complain, or we might be stuck with our ancestors' cuisines for the rest of our lives

We should take our food nutritionist serious then.

Lol.. NNE I seriously hate rice on its own..I don't know how y'all enjoy rice and stew etc.. By the way, I am an unusual Guy.
But if you can present it in a revolutionary way with porcupine meat..well spiced and tatsy.. I can give it a shot..

Vegetable soup- ugu and waterleaf to be very specific.

Protein- Goat meat, shaki and stockfish head.

I didn’t refrigerate.
I rolled it in my hands into a ball and coated in granulated sugar before baking . Refrigeration doesn’t sound like a bad idea though. I’m just not patient enough.
