i have done that, nothing changes, the most annoying part is i cant even switch off the phone

I used to easily export my number to Sd card and import on new phone. I inserted the card into my new RN Note 8 already. Can't import option, how do I?

i have pressed and hold the power button even more than 2mins, nothing changes, it keeps restarting and stops..
