I don't know how true I am. But I've somehow heard that 2,3,4 eggs consumed at ones is equal to what one egg will give to your body.

. Thank you. Just your usual vegetables,carrots,peas,green beans. Tomatoes,fresh pepper,smoked fish,can sardine( you can use any protein you want) onions,seasoning,tumeric powder. Just stir fry everything and add your seasoning.

For the couscous,boil water,pour in a bowl and a drop of oil and pinch of salt. Then add your couscous ( just the way you make garri) cover for some minutes and your good to go.
