I have been on this thread from day 1 and the Op's chronicles has been really helpful and I'm very sure he has mentioned almost everything one needs to get started.
To the newbies or those just visiting the thread, it is important to go through the thread from page 1 to the latest page to benefit from this thread and not ask questions that have already been answered.

It is also important for anyone going into coding to know how to 'google' answers to their questions. when someone says you will need Tableau software, it won't hurt to quickly google "what is tableau software" , to know what Tableau does and know what you about to install.

We are all here to learn and help from each other. Thanks to Op for sharing his experience so far.

I created these with the corona dataset from Johns Hopkins.
Showing just how behind Nigeria is with respect to Italy as at 24-Mar-2020.
It's a time series analysis.

It shows data from Italy delayed by one month and super-imposed on data from Nigeria.
