I wonder why some partners are so inconsiderate. In Abuja, there is no request at all. I was outside yesterday from 9am - 2pm ..only made 2k net... I even drove from wuse 2 through gwarimpa ( inside gwarimpa ooo ) till I get to kubwa. No request on bolt and Uber. Both apps were on

It's almost impossible to meet up with weekly remitance in this lockdown period. Partners should try and consider drivers abeg

I blame him for proposing 15k weekly. He should have simply told his partner about current situation and propose to drop the car.

I told my partner I was going to drop his car due to this corona and slow market, propsed for reduced remittance but I said I was actually taking a break becuase of the virus and the slow or no market now isn't even worth the stress.

The last statement said it all. It doesn't worth the stress at all.

Why not call partner, drive car to his/her house, have it parked. When corona is over.
You go back n start from there.
Seriously, if I wz a partner, I wud respect my driver for that.

It's not that easy bro.

The fear of not getting the car back would make driver want to negotiate for a lesser remitance and their own survival in this lockdown period night depend on little change they see from the hustle.

I quite undastand Bro. But you know Abuja doesn't recover quickly from a break as per street hustle, so if korona takes like a week, its going to take lyk an extra week for d city to bounce back.

You know wat I'm saying. Are you going to Owe close to 40k for DT period.

Cos ders no way on Earth you can pay up dis week.

Would you rather b a driver DT parted honorably with your principal or one that would be termed

" he owed me rental fees for two weeks and I had no choice but to collect the car"

The "two weeks " being weeks that were practically impossible to make money, but since you are with d car, you have to pay d rent due.

Except off course the social stigma of not returning home with a car and neighbours asking about the whereabouts of the car and not first asking about your own welfare embarassed.
