So Europe with strong health care system experienced geometric exponential growth of transmission, yet Nigeria with virtually nothing in place is still growing at this pace. Incredible! I bet the total number of people tested in Nigeria is under 500. If we have 70 positive out of 500 people that's more than a 10% ratio of infected to tested. More than 1 in ten people. In Lagos we have 20 million people at least. Do the math. Nigerians are sleeping on a bicycle. A lot of people still think this is a joke. We think we have weeks to prepare when it's actually days.
