Testing should be carried out adequately at a massive rate.

Let's bring 'em ALL out. That's the only way to curtail the COVID-19 spread. Also, please report any suspected cases in your area OR convince them (at a safe distance) to turn themselves in. This pandemic will be over quickly if all the infected are separated.
It's a simple timeless strategy, and has been used notably to curtail the spread of the Black Death and the Spanish Flu.

We should have had way more cases by now. The government is not testing enough people. Everyone should have free and easy access to a testing centre.
It's better we know that thousands have it already, so that others can brace themselves. This sluggish report is a death trap for everyone.

Just multiply the figure by 3 or 4 that is the real figure in Nigeria, so many people with symthoms are not going for test

Who told you it's just 97? People are not being tested. If they increase testing, the number will increase.
Reality is we already have thousands of cases, most of which are currently asymptomatic.
