So many deluded Athiest are bashing religion and saying things like all religions (especially Christianity) are waiting for scientists to find a cure to CONVID-19 then they will thank God instead of the scientists.

First of all, some of those scientists are Christian's/Muslims/Hindu etc...
Secondly, most of the drugs you enjoy today were discovered by Christian Scientist/missionaries e.g. Penicillin.
Thirdly, The schools and Hospitals you all enjoyed were established by Christian and Muslims missionaries and I can bet you that without that you won’t even know how to pronounce “atheism ; talk more of practicing it if not for introduction of western education by those religious missionaries.

More also, religion has set a standard for law, order and justice in our contemporary society, and these so called atheist believes and uphold these laws. (if you doubt this, check the first page of Nigerian constitution).
Most Atheist will come out as Moralist saying they believe in doing the right thing and abhorring wrong doing; but some question I ask atheist are-
HOW DO YOU DEFINE WHAT IS RIGHT FROM WHAT IS WRONG

WHAT ARE THE BASIS FOR DECIDING THAT A PARTICULAR ACTION IS RIGHT

HOW DO YOU TRUST YOUR INTUITION ONLY TO GIVE YOU THE RIGHT JUDGEMENT ON WHAT IS GOOD OR BAD

Although, I won’t contest the fact that religion has its disadvantages such as Terrorism, Extremism, Corruption, just to mention a few. But let’s not use the disadvantages to becloud the advantages and let’s stop using the negatives of a few individuals to judge the whole body. Meanwhile, Atheists enjoys the benefits of Religious prayers today (although they don't know it). Because of this, most of them are still alive and doing well. But with that same breath, they choose to deny God’s existence.

Conclusively, We pray and keep our hopes alive that our friends who are atheist should turn a new leaf to see and feel the essence and existence of a supernatural being (GOD) who created and tends his creation according to his Will. While my concluding questions to all atheist are:-

What has Athiesm contributed to any sphere of the world

What value has ATHEISM added to Economy, Marital life, Morals, Industrialization, Human and Capacity building, Health, Social life etc

go and sleep you have nothing to say, isolation is making you more deluded

It's is only fools who feel that religion puts the society in Check. That without religion, social vices would be at an all time high.
Nigeria is the most religious nation in Africa, yet its citizens do not practice what their religion teach...
With your Christianity and Islam, we're still faced with daily multiple crimes committed by those who claim to be part of these religions. E.g Rape, kidnapping, ritual killing, harvesting of body organs, human trafficking, bribery, corruption. etc... I can go on and on...

Again, I'll tell you this because you and those that commented under you are ignorant, you don't read any other thing apart from your bible.
Atheism is a non belief of any god.
It's not a religious group, and as such has no mission whatsoever. Atheists are normal people like you in the society.doctors, drivers, bankers, sales men, landlords..etc...Because they don't believe in your bullcrap doesn't mean they're a religious group, and as such must contribute to the society as a group.
Every atheist contributes to the society individually , in their own way, same as the Christians, Muslims, hindus... etc...

Asking what has atheists contributed to the world is a question which is expected from a Jss2 student, unless you are one.

They believe their God is using humancoronavirus to draw attention or to punish sinners or to show that he is supreme.
When the virus gets to them,they'll start praying to the same heartless God.
A pastor told me that God has the right to destroy anybody cos he's God,yesterday.
He also said God is testing people.
Then,he said God shouldn't be blamed for things that people bring upon one another.
He also said the possession of a Bible will help to fight the spread of the disease.
But he's just one of the millions upon millions of religious people that exist in this wretched country where most people believe Nigeria is blessed when Nigeria is actually buried in poverty and diseases.
The economy is dead.
Education is futile.
The system of government is wrong.

See ehen religious people are the worst people one can ever encounter. I know some religious people who rape,kill,kidnapp,do a whole lot devious things and use Gods name to cover up. Abeg just leave them make them dey do their thing. Life is too short to be arguing over stupid things
