Today makes it exactly 5 years one of my aunts said a very painful word to me which I can never forget. She said and I quote "the rate at which you are going this girl, 5 years from now you would have become a mother of 4 kids, all borne out of wedlock" Today I have been able to prove her wrong, doing my masters program now whereas two of her daughters are university dropouts, as a result of unwanted pregnancy. Honeydenz:I have really had series of painful words people said to me I told my uncle who works at a popular engine oil manufacturer as a regional manager to find me a job in their company...he said they don't employ christains..he then ask my senior brother behind my back if I can read and write Amongst others Another one! I was at futminna then after I finished my national diploma at 2004..so a friend we did ND together got admission at bida poly for HND.while he was preparing to go to bida...he was already staying with me for weeks and we dey school..so he now got a job offer with ND at efcc...they are the first recruits at efcc then...later guyman bigup..so one day after a year or so..I called him simply to say hello..we chatted on phone and he then promised to send me mtn airtime to me...later..then the next morning..I now called him that I didn't ask him for card o..na hin tell me say he go send card..wia the card dey now..he now sent the card...then after some like 6 months after..I just remembered him and I decided to call him..even that day I was having like 22k cash on me...so I called him..he picked and was like who's that...I called him by his guyname and let him know that I am the one..he said that it's a wrong number...I was surprised..I now used my mtn he knows to call again...only for him to tell me on phone never to call his number again..I was angry...I sent him a message immediately telling him to Bleep off..he then told me that I have seen where I want to be extorting from..I now replied him that is it the 400 naira recharge card he sent that is making him talk like this..that I can send him his card back...he said I should send him... immediately went to buy the card and sent it back to him...I now told him that we will see again inside this life... I took her out on my birthday that she didnt even remember just cuz I wanted her to feel special. We kept talking even tho I initiated it most time. That wasn't my first time with girls but I just had this soft spot for her(mumu me, right). One night after her exams, I asked us to meet even tho I really didn't have anything to discuss. Decided to take her out to eat and we spent about 3hours together thereafter...twas fun.. We both enjoyed it! Saw her back to her hostel and she told me she'd be leaving for her home 2days later and that we'd not likely see the next day. I felt the urge to throw my shot. I don't know what came over me but I stammered for a while. I sha told her I love her and other things and she said we should talk about it another time. Fast forward to the morning she'd be travelling home, I arranged to meet her. After keeping me waiting for almost an hour (her excuse: she was packing), she told me she's in a relationship- serious one for that matter. I took it in good faith.. Wished her safe journey and that she should lemme know whenever she arrives Lag. During the break, I was still chatting her up hoping she'd reconsider and one day I decided to send an "epistle" pouring out my heart in it. Last last she no still gree! Mine was in 2006, my dad’s friend who own a house opposite our rented apartment where I lived with my dad.
