COVID19 pandemic is really getting serious now..... My Trust is sliding towards every admission, full PPE must be worn..... So in essence, from A & E to ward admissions, full PPE must be worn, for all patients contact....... So expect your health care workers to look very different, you would simply not recognise us again (possibly only the colours of our skin)....... 1 Like |

Lexusgs430: Bro I understand very well. When I heard the news of the amount of health workers that died in Italy. I automatically said if na Naija doctors go follow do isolation oh. Try to eat ginger and garlic day and night to boost your immunity and don't forget to sleep with bitter cola in the night. And before I forget also rub ori on your palms and in your nose it's acts as a barrier and disinfectant it works better than hand sanitizer. Stay sefe bro. And let's all ask our family back in naija to stay safe and avoid misinformation and confusion |

Lexusgs430: Oga what kind of weird thoughts?Double mind don set in? Fear is a very legitimate emotion to feel and acknowledge,it's also alright to want to be selfish and think of yourself and your loved ones. The problem with this virus is that it's unpredictable, they say young people are able to recover ,they're not dying as much etc but how do you know you won't be that one person that will die? There's also no clarity as to how unwell you have to be to go to A&E ,that's how that black mother of 3 died. If you have to catch Rona ,catch it now there's still beds. Good luck.. |

oyoolima: NHS Doctors & Nurses, are not soldiers..... I don't think anyone signed up to die (like the Army).... PPE's are also so inadequate.... Feels like sending people to an AK47 war, with a bread knife..... |

umarwy:Please what is ori? Regarding Garlic and ginger, I believe the Chinese eat it more than most other races yet they were not immune from the virus. I doubt it can prevent this virus. 3 Likes |

Lexusgs430:Stay safe bro. I can confirm that the "weird thoughts in your head" feeling is shared by all medical professionals I know here. They are scared of what lies ahead and that's understandable. I pray that God will continue to strengthen you guys and bring an end to this whole thing as soon as possible because if medical professionals start giving up, e don be. For some strange reasons though, I strongly believe that very soon, this virus will become harmless (not sure if that's the right medical term) with almost everyone catching/surviving it and life returning to normal. |

Lexusgs430:I am very scared of all health workers right now Please just stay safe and maintain social distancing. Also apply Naija wisdom right now... May God help everyone. Nothing worth your life. Remember we love you My papa and mama are also here with me , we are just at home, eating, sleeping and watching TV. My former employer sent me message to come and take up some shifts at the care home, I said nope, I am working from home and also looking after my vulnerable Parents at home. Abeg this life is too sweet than to die early of coronavirus. May God always protect us |
Re: Living In The Uk/life As A UK Immigrant by LagosismyHome(f): 1:15pm On Mar 29, 2020 |
dustydee: Please louder..... some at the back cant hear you Abeg let be careful of spreading wrong information. This is a new virus and nobody know how to cure it or deal with it yet other than washing hands and social distance to avoid the spread You are so right, the chinese eat a lot of Garlic and ginger but although they hid the true number of deaths I think they have the record of death from coronavirus 4 Likes

Lexus Please apply wisdom....bros Boris just sneezed he is already claiming 'mild symptoms' sharply self isolating together with 3/4 top officials. By the way have you considered tell your NHS top honchos Ori(shea butter) is more effective than sanitizers...i mean all these years.. |
