Thank you sir for they question you raised
1 no I picked it up and handed it straight to the hacker
2 I told the guy because it was the hacker that would fix it same time and this was his response was that “does he has to wait till I fix it before he get paid”
3 already answered that in 2
thank you sir
oga ur agreement was to pay him soon as u lay hands on the console not after u had hacked it. I can only deduce dat u had sinister motive from ur statements.

Hear you

You talking uncomposed and beating around the bush

That's not the agreement

Immediately the PSP wasn't in good condition, you return it

And if you need it, you should have informed him first

Pay his 8k and stop complaining that it is in bad condition

Son of a bitch
Check the screenshot abeg and confirm the price

Na wa o.. Last year December I sold two galaxy s7 phones to two nairalanders. One from Abuja, and the other from Ibadan.. The two of them sent me complete payment (35k each) before I proceeded to waybill it down to them..
But this idiot is acting smart over just 8k.
Op u shdv instructed driver not to release the console without getting cash first.
That was the agreement but when he got there and the whole 5h issues broke out with the driver I was even more concerned about how he’d get the console. I even offered to bear the 5h cost again and he was like he’s not holding cash. So I just had to leave him to deal with the driver.

The PSP has no issues I can swear on my life with that. Even at the park I was told to on/off it severally to check if it was working.
This PSP has been with me since last year while I was serving. I charge it and even leave it on for weeks it doesn’t goes off, so miraculously it got to you and started switching off.
Have you ever thought of it that the guy you have to hack it tampered with it??
What does hacking of the PSP has to do with screws??
I shouldn’t have called you out when you’ve been seeing my messages and not replying?
You never thought I was gonna pull this stunt on you.
I needed the money that’s why I opted to sell the console, a PSP vita at that price and you here saying this and that.

But guy, you get free mind o. How can you just send your stuff like that. He should have paid before sending it. If he doesn't trust you, and you didn't also trust him, you would keep you psp.

Actually it has problems not to mention the memory isn't working and the psp looks refurbished . . The psp goes of randomly and resets inself after 2-4 mins of use it will take you back to the setup screen when it comes back on and you will have to set the date time and year ago. Iwhen i tried to open it . I discovered their were no screws holding the case together the wires connecting the batteries are striped in some places, i had to service the motherboard and tap the wires before it started working properly. Its currently hacked now and working perfectly plus the battery is still ok. cheesy

Zotorux Take a cue from Trendy247 and I.

First, once it is interstate customer pays complete, make person no hear story that touches, rather let the goods remain in my shop. Intra state, as I'm in Lagos, customer pay
For delivery, before I move, incase deal goes south. Especially new customers.

Secondly, there are so many scammers on NL, buyers and sellers alike.

There are ones that would chat me up,they want to buy 100, 250 pieces bla bla bla that I should waybill, and they would do POD. I'd be like Oga start with small quantity, who no want sell large quantities Or I would direct them to My Jumia store Link. They would just Vamoose grin!

Perhaps you're the engineer he gave the console to?

However the case may be, your better intuition should tell you that your testimony holds no water here as there was no mention of you while the deal was agreed before the exchange began.

I think the buyer should have paid the seller straight up. So long as it was exactly the way the seller described it, the buyer should have paid without delay..or simply sent it back 'instantly' he mistrusted the device.

This prolonged deal casts a negative shadow on a lot of things including the seller's welfare and the forum in general.

People like you think they are smart not knowing that you sound th dumbest. If you had bought it from alibaba you would have paid before waybill. The ilorjn guy is also dumb by 1: sending with his own money 2: releasing the console without getting alert. If he is selling the game 8k and sends with 2.k5 that means he sold the game for 5k5 what a foolish idea. Nigva return his game now or send him his money. Lock down or not that's not his fucking problem. Who knows if you have removed the vital parts of the game and would even send him a dead console.

Please, when someone is dragging your name and wants to stain it in the mud, don't go and be saying "I didn't want to say anything." You need to clear yourself. It's important.
If he has lied, sorry for everything.

But let's get to the story...
1. Did you test it before taking it to the hacker?
2. The 3 faults you mentioned, did you inform the original owner about it first, before giving it away for repairs?
3. What did the original owner say about it?
The PSP has no issues I can swear on my life with that. Even at the park I was told to on/off it severally to check if it was working.
This PSP has been with me since last year while I was serving. I charge it and even leave it on for weeks it doesn’t goes off, so miraculously it got to you and started switching off.
Have you ever thought of it that the guy you have to hack it tampered with it??
What does hacking of the PSP has to do with screws??
zotorux:

If I have memory card for it won’t I have games on it? I never used a memory card, I never played any game on that console. So I had no idea.
If I wasn’t so sure about the console, would I even pay for delivery and trusted you that much? Reason am.
If I was shady, would I be here calling you out?

1.What am I supposed to believe that you had the psp since last year and you charge it regularly without using it so what runs down the battery ? Or do you just leave it on till it drains then charge it again.
2.So said "what does screws have to do with hacking ?" The answer nothing but the psp lacking screws shows it has been tampered with or repaired . No sane person will remove the screws from a psp that doesn't have problems.
3."If I have memory card for it won’t I have games on it? I never used a memory card, I never played any game on that console. So I had no idea " since you never played games on it how do you know the psp is fully functional and doesn't go off randomly like the buyer said. Plus I don't know the specifics of the agreement but the psp I was given to hack clearly has a 4gb Sony memory card in it and that memory card is Bad. I have bought and sold psps and the normal process Is to include a memory card in the system when selling it . The psp is useless without the memory card unless you specifically told the buyer that you won't be giving him a memory card and he's ok with it. I too just sold mine but I included a 8gb Sony memory card a 32gb microsdcard with 10 games on it(although Its more expensive)
4.Also you claimed i tampered with the psp why would I do that my business is based on goodwill I gain customers by referral if I do a bad job or I scam my customers at that moment I might gain a bit but in the long run I will be left with nothing because no one would want my services.
So please OP exercise a little bit of patience the location of the buyer is at the extreme end of Lagos I spent also 3hrs on road just to get there and mobile transfer operators ain't available in his area and those outside ain't working because of the lockdown order.
I spoke to him this morning and he promised to look for a way to send you the money. Also for those that have posted comments pls clearly read the previous comments by both the buyer and the seller before calling the buyer a thief or a scammer. Scammers won't bother replying you or waste their time paying attention to what you feel.
