As you can see the repeated "Holy Bible audio Mark 1 to 16 contemporary..." It is double up and down. Everything in the screen is like that.

How? I want to confirm if your motherboard have a graphic chip, some dell always have this fault when they get old,in some cases the screen will divide into four half, showing the same thing.

Well since you say I'm not serious no problem.

Good morning grin

I apologise for the late response.

You shouldn't have told someone who was trying to help you that he/she isn't serious.

After the Stay-Home season, you should visit a competent engineer to have the LCD (screen) checked. That manifestation is very less likely to be MB issue. If you're a DIY type of guy, you should open the PC, and check the flex that goes from the screen to MB. Unplug it,do same for the wireless cables, unscrew the lcd and check the back of the isolated LCD. There should be a point where the flex mentioned earlier enters the screen. Remove gently and wipe the port thoroughly with Alcohol or Methyl. Sp. Check online for guides on how to put apart your model. If after this, it still doesn't work, then you'd need the help of a technician who will try another screen in it to see if it would be the same. My best bet is the Lcd (screen).

WARNING/DISCLAIMER: Do not try any of what's mentioned in this quote if you do not know what you're doing or have no experience in disassembling a laptop. I'm not responsible for any negative outcome of this quote. You and you only are responsible for your actions. grin

I hope you're able to get it fixed...

It's very difficult to nail what's wrong by merely reading this but I'd suggest you try these given your certainty that same laptop has not dropped/fallen from a height or a heavy weight suspended on it during the night.

Force shutdown with the power button, remove battery (if removable) and let it rest for few hours (say 3hrs). Insert charger without the battery and try powering it on again.

You should take it to a technician for check on LCD backlight issues.

I removed the battery and inserted the charger like you said. The screen appears white and I can only see just the icon at the base of the screen appear blurry.but the other sides of the screen is showing almost nothing.

Sir, you need to replace your LCD (screen). Thank me later grin. Forget about 'nothing happened before you left it for the night'. The problem is with the LCD.

P.S: Some old AMD fitted motherboards are known to have this problem too as they age. However, you MUST consider your LCD first.

Good morning

The problem is most likely your wireless driver. You can get DRP or driverscape (not sure about this spelling) to update the driver. You can google the programs.

There are wireless usb dongles (wifi receivers). They work like those bluetooth dongles. You can check online or Computer stores after lock down please grin

You need to take it to a technician to check it for you.

Most likely you'd be getting a DDR3 for the RAM type.

P.S: The RAM size that you'd be getting depends on the current size of the present RAM module and the number of slots available for ram installatiion. Check this out yourself or ask someone to help you.

check jumia for price or you visit a technician.

It's cheaper with a technician and more expensive on jumia

Just type '4Gb/8Gb ddr3 ram jumia ng' inro google.
