It is a shame that a country of 200 million people, with over 176 universities lack the capability to design and build simple ventilators. What a waste of space.

What Elon is giving out are BIPAP and CPAP machines made by RESMED. What is needed are invasive ventilators. What Elon is donating are useless against COVID-19 because they don't assist artificial airways.

You were the one that diverted claiming Nigeria is poor. It's either you are dumb or just plain stupid or both, or you are one of those benefitting from the lacuna in the system.

Why is this even a debate among us?
Even if a hundred is given to nigeria, do any of you think you can afford to use or have access to one?
The high rich and mighty would take them home and about 10 would be given to hospitals for thise that can AFFORD IT.

Nigeria is only caught in its web, if they have earlier invested in their country, built hospitals and encouraged production and manufacturing of goods, we WONT be soo DEEP in this mess, we are a fucking rich country, they never begged for malaria kits, or tuberculosis kits cause they could fly themselves to USA and pay high bills for treatment, but now the world locked them out, they begin to panic like chickens..
They once are feeling how the normal citizen feel every lifetime , HELPLESS.
This time they die with the poor mass, this virus dont discriminate and countries wont let them in..
