Good morning everyone. I will really appreciate it if there is a landlord / landlady who wants to rent out a house in Lagos. I am tired of the agents who keep taking me to houses different from what they said they have. What about their outrageous fees?

I don't mind anywhere on the mainland but preferably around yaba and surulere.

A self contain. I have a budget of 170k - 180k. If it isn't enough for a self contain, I don't mind if I see a single room with a personal toilet.

if you read well, you will see I mentioned ogba too! Which is under Ikeja LGA, or is that not mainland too?

Hello Nairalanders, please I'm urgently in need of a single room to rent. Preferably in Lagos mainland. If you have/know anyone that has vacant apartment in his or her compound, kindly quote me.

Also due to some Lagos agent, It will also be better if I can deal directly with the landlord/landlady. But I will surely pay for your services.
