Guy, answer na. I'm really curious as to where you think it goes.

If I were your neighbour, I'd be highly disgusted at your ignorance, jealousy and effontery. I had to have neighbours like this. It's either we are discussing professional and lasting solution or you go and buy your own washing machine.

If it's a property you bought, I'll advice you built your own sceptic tank. But it's cheaper as you share. Get a professional to take a look at it. There should be two sceptic tanks, the smaller one takes the water up if the other one is almost full. But they both drains off into the ground leaving the main faces in the tanks
