That I can enjoy reading which is something I used to dread.
Life is too short to live anyhow so make every second count.
Being alone in a time like this can be lonely but with God and family you are never alone.
What folks felt they can never do without are those things they don't have now and they are doing fine without it

Like the topic says, what has the lockdown made you see in a different way or made you realise about yourself, family, friends, work, business, etc.?

For me, I wish I had bought all those hard copy books and board games I have being meaning to get back to, like scrables and checkers and learning how to play chess. Right now, even ludo would be heavenly. I am tired of browsing and reading ebooks all day.

Found out my first child can cook soup and jollof rice without any form of assistance, I always thought they only knew how to fry egg, cook indomie and make eba.

In business, the take out guys( suya, sharwarma joints, pizza spots) are making more money now. Most sit in businesses(restaurants, hotels, eateries) are closed.

Please add yours.

Let me send an Uber to get your low budget , cheap wig wearing , black knuckle having , goat faced arse over here and we can do the business and get this over with..

That it at the end of the day right ? You come, we do the dirty and you go home with some cash to fix your dead hen looking hair and out some plastic eye lashes on right ?

How much for all night ? Lemme guess ... 2k?

That should be way more than you usually get paid to part your legs for an all nighter normally.. angry

I am humbled.

The owner of the universe just sits and watch us play.

When heaven fall, it spears nobody. Can yoú imagine - Pastor dey fear 5G.

This is a warning - a dress rehearsal, just as it happened before. The Big one is on the way and it may not be a virus........ I leave it to your imagination.

God have mercy on us all.

We are a week into lockdown and Nigeria a country of 200 millon has nothiņg to offer her citiźens, no money, no food, no work, no health facility, etc

Taught me as a Christian that all the prayers we pray regarding physical blessings are all vanity. I have cars. I did not even warm any of them throughout last week. I have lands...no project on them now. I have clothes. Na only 1 tracksuit and T-Shirt I don dey rock since. Money in the bank. What am I buying this period? Easter travel to Europe I planned with wifey...gone bust. All the money spent on suya, shawarma, joints, etc..they are all closed.

We have all been levelled out. All my friends who are abroad are all lamenting. Some of my clients are sick with the virus. One that stays in UK has been down for 24 days and was practically asking me what we are using to treat our people here that is making our death rates so low compared with their country so she can look for it. That her doctors are all clueless as to how to help.

It is terrible but we thank God for mercy.
Sir. I am not asking for a giveaway. I just want you to show me the way. I want you to teach me how to fish. I will appreciate if you can introduce me to a sustainable business that I can use to cater for myself and my family.

I thought this period we should be having miracles upadan our religious places. All of a sudden no more u willbe rich by this time tomorrow. They have all gone silence.

We all have seen that our leaders are nothing but scam.

All promises na audio.

And we the masses are worst. We are our own enemy.

We wicked oooo for this country.
An average negga has an element of wickedness in them. We are so greedy, selfish and self centered. Reason why everything is going backwards.

No wonder Ghana and Chad are taking the shine.

This lockdown opened my eyes to the fact that one can earn a hell of money from online. The lockdown saw massive traffic on many blogs, including mine. At a point I was getting 10,000 visitors a day.

Aside that, I've been trying to keep fit. I had this workout app, dumped it. Now I try to skip every day.

I've also been closer to God, developed a daily routine that involves hearing from God every morning.

Well, my job was to coordinate the setup of a centre by overseeing resource allocation, purchases, logistic, installation and relationship management. Everything was done by voice calls and online. It was just like an event coordinator's job...arranging and getting everyone to do their bits. It's amazing to know how much one can achieve by being a collected thinker and knowing where all the likely resources are. Imagine being able to get bedsheets monogramed within 24hrs inside lock down....google is bae grin

Lol, many thanks. Seemed quite engaging and hands-on.

I have discovered that religion is scam.

Nothing like men of God, all of us are the same.

I also observed that when the rich and the poor have same problem, that's when development will commence.

Tithe and offering na scam.

Healing and all those miracles na scam.

If those miracles are real, why can't they heal common coro?

After this coroseason, EFCC & ICPC need to probe all those miracle performing pastors.
