Greetings everyone and I hope you and your families are staying safe during this period.

Please I'll love to have your suggestions regarding my family's plan on migrating to Canada.

My wife is going to be the primary applicant, but we are both Sales Associate in Dubai, (NOC 6421 C) so we can't go through Express Entry.

Can you advise which PNP we can consider that does not require job offer.

Also, regarding POF, I have majority of the money in my account, do I need to move the money into her account now and we wait 6months before starting the application.

Thanks

Ontario is your best bet. Check British Columbia as well but I think their requirements aren't for the faint-hearted.

Please I really want to understand the demerit of non accompanying spouse. I am currently on 450 now with spouse spoints without IELTS. But if I calculate without my husband points it will be 469. House I need advice. What if I get ITA and by God's grace PR how do I bring my spouse over. I have a baby and from my understanding the baby is NT an issue. I really want to know before we update the express entry account. I am honestly mentally tired. My husband is having issues with ielts. Am just tryn to think of a way out of all this.

I know the covid 19 thing is on but any chance that someone with 471 will be called when things are normal?
Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program - Connect Here Part 9 by kunlewoye(m): 3:02am On Apr 08, 2020
I appreciate you greatly. God bless u.

Mamaroon:

I believe you need to state YES, to answer your 1st question. An application for a TRV (visitor's visa) is an application to IRCC, even if it was unsuccessful. It will ask for a UCI. This can be found on your TRV application. Obviously you answer NO to the question on if you have applied for permanent residence before. I assume you haven't.

I believe your birth certificate is ONE of the docs you use to prove your sibling relationship. What is stated on your birth certificate as your surname? What is stated in siblings 1 and 2's certificates as their surname? How are your parents' names stated on each your birth certificates? Are your parents' surnames consistent/the same across the 3 BC, whether it is xxxx or zzzz or xxxx-zzzz? If so, I don't believe there is any issue. Pick whichever sibling you want. The BC will show you are both children of the same parents.

If you are extra, super finicky you can add an LOE stating exactly what you just explained above.
Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program - Connect Here Part 9 by kunlewoye(m): 3:03am On Apr 08, 2020
I'm most grateful. Cheers

ifyonline:
Ans to Numb: u are to state all Visa denials irrespective of the class to avoid stories that touch.

Ans 2: i belive your mum and siblings must have added ur name when filling their Post ITA forms for PR. So Canada already have u as her daughter and his siblings. To show proof of siblings, u will get his birth cert and NPC attestation of births, as well as yourself. You can attach copy of photographs taken together or family photographs; chats.
And LOE explaining the cmpd name .
You will be just fine..

Seniors in d house will come and add or subtract from my inputs.

1 - When creating an Express Entry profile, do I need to state previous visitor visa applications where it asks if you've applied to IRCC b4? I mean, does this apply to previous visitor visa applications, since it's a non-immigrant visa?

2 - I have a compound surname (i.e, xxxx-zzzz)
I have 7 siblings and some of us go by xxxx, while the others go by zzzz (couldn't use the full surname from my Secondary School days, as it would have exceeded WAEC's 25-character naming rule). My parents use the full surname.
I have 2 brothers in Canada.

Brother 1 - Canadian citizen since 2006, goes by zzzz from my surname xxxx-zzzz.
Brother 2 - Canadian PR since 2018, goes by xxxx from my surname.(same as myself).

I'd prefer to use Brother 1 as my Canadian contact in my profile but it would appear as if we go by different surnames.

HOW CAN I PROVE THIS?

The preference is due to the fact that Brother1 is way more established than my other brother who uses the same part of my compound surname as myself. Brother1 has also invited me to Canada on one occasion in 2017(application was unsuccessful)

PS - Our Mum is also a PR. And she goes by the full surname xxxx-zzzz.

Apologies for the long post, guys. Ejowo.

Meanwhile, I wrote my IELTS with IDP on March 21. The results were released on April 3 and I used the Trf code from the online result to submit my EE profile even though I've not received the paper copy. Is this fine?

This Covid thing is just depressing me. Before now I was so happy that I would get to enter the pool before my birthday and won't have to loose any points as I'm currently 29. But now with almost everything paused I don't know what will happen. I just requested for my transcript from my uni and was about to write IELTS as I had just written BCS exams this march before everything just went on a halt. Even the BCS results that usually take 2 months to come out, heaven knows when it will come out now before someone will now send it to Wes too. So much time!!!!!!!
Sorry for ranting guys. Just felt so worried this morning. May all our heart desires come true, Amen.

Do you know the pain of sitting for hours trying to cram codes, binary and other computer related stuff that my brain simply refused to process just to be able to write BCS, hopefully pass and finally be able to kick off my process only to get halted by covid? Who is doing advert? Just cz your mind can conceive such doesn't mean everyone is like that.
If you don't have anything helpful to say, scroll and pass. You don't always have to respond.

[edited] What has your dear Nigeria done for you? The Canadian government has done so much for their citizens & residents (financially, medically)therefore they ran out of supplies, so asking for facemasks which will obviously be bought wouldn't be a bad idea isn't it. as we know the Nigerian government has the money to buy ventilators why didn't they buy it since? why didn't they build good medicals facilities? So if they they beg online nobody will bother...I hope you are not applying for PR o.

Hahaha. It is OK, Good People. cheesy Mr. Segun responded based on the information at his disposal. You see say me no even say anything. Anyone with a basic knowledge of international diplomacy will know that begging for ventilators on Twitter was disgraceful.

May God bless and protect us all.

There is nothing to worry about. Just trust the process He is taking you through and don't be discouraged by what you are seeing around, everything is happening for a reason and it will work out fine for you. Cheers!

Please go ahead if that is the only option now. Spousal sponsorship takes an average of 6 months, it could be less and it could be up to 12 months too. Some persons on this thread has gone through it too.

One cannot say for sure except you have your TRF.

For me the result was available online on the 20th of November 2019 but test release date on the form was the 19th of November 2019.

Your best bet is to wait till you have the hard copy.

I hope I answered your question?

I have decided to wait until I get the TRF. However your answer seems to confirm that the test result date is usually 12 days after the test. Results are available online on the 13th day.

Greetings everyone, I need clarification on the part where we are been asked if we’ve ever applied to IRCC immigration bla bla on the express entry forms.

I applied in 2016, I mean visitor visa but was denied, does this apply to answering yes or no. Since it wasn’t for immigration purpose.

Secondly, since the moved, I don’t have the documents to back it up.

What do I need to do, will appreciate your responses.

Please anyone, kindly respond
