Could you post the recipe please...
3 milk tin wheat flour(sieved).... I used whole wheat flour cos I do not like white bread
3 tbsp cocoa powder
2 pcs ok size banana
2 tsp yeast
¼ tsp salt
1 big size egg
1½ tbsp sugar(i'm not a sweet tooth kinda person)
Olive oil 2 tbsp ( u can use butter in its place)
Nutmeg (just Lil)
Cinnamon ¼ tsp
Water.... BOJ
Coconut chaff (depending on qty u want)
Flax seeds n sesame (depending on qty u want)

Mix ur yeast n Lil sugar in warm water n set aside for 10mins to get d bubble effect

Use fork to mash d banana, add ur egg n sugar then mix togeda mix

Mix ur flour, cocoa powder, salt n remaining sugar

Mix d mash banana mixture with d yeast mixture n combine with ur dry ingredients(flour mix) n mix till u get a firm dough

Knead the dough for 15 to 20mins n let all air escape

Add ur olive oil to the dough n knead for another 10mins

Put a greased container n proof for 45mins I.e after putting in a greased container u cover it with a wet towel or transparent nylon n put in a dark place

After proofing u do a knock down to release d air den u knead again 4 like 15 min

Cut into desired shape n put in a greased pan

Let it proof 4 10mins again den sprinkle ur coconut n seeds

Put in a preheat oven of 175°c n bake for 35mins or do a toothpick test.... My used more Dan 35mins cos its wheat n wheat has a more densed texture.

Put of wire rack n let cool

We've been enjoying freedom and living our lives like there's no COVID-19 here in Jos until the governor announced total lock down of the state yesterday evening. It's the worst news I've heard since 2 months... I decided to mourn with this concoction rice.

Happy birthday Plead!!! I'm sorry this is coming late. I dedicate this rice to you boss

Pics 1. Concotion rice, poached egg yolks and dodo

Heat up Ur oil very well, toss it in the oil and let it stay for few minutes. Don't leave it inside as if u are frying puff puff or yam, just few minutes in the oil and take it out.

You left it too long in the oil, that's why it's burnt. I do fry it and I've never experienced this.

I tire my brother.

I actually left it on for long thinking about the ice. Stuff has been in the freezer for ages and I thought let me just try it.

Anyway will do better next time. Thanks.
