Don't mind the attention seeking OP. Soldiers had nothing to do with this. Peace Corps and Civil Defence operatives were the ones responsible. Nevertheless, another soul lost due to overzealousness

Uncle go back and watch that video again, slowly this time, you'll notice that the guy was pushed into the gutter by one of the soldiers. Even when the other soldier was trying to calm the driver the soldiers that pushed him (the driver) still kicked him on the head.

I don't know what to say to someone talking like this. After the man was about to come out of the gutter, are you saying that you can't see that soldier hitting him with the boot. And look at the way he fell into the gutter, does that seem to you as a normal way to fall?

There were two videos in the story. The second video (where you have the blue taxi, yellow building and civil defence) is the real video. The guy was only pointing out the 'sugar and salt' OP added.

My own take is what are the armies doing on the streets? Are we at war?

Why are all these frustrated soldiers killing innocent civilians at will just because they are armed?

Why do we have dunce leading us in this country who always make the wrong decision every time?

All of us are crying let each region go its way so that our problems can be easily and quickly managed, but the thieves in power hold the whole nation in the jugular, saying until we loot the whole treasury for generations to come, no one will leave.

A Taxi driver was reportedly beaten to death yesterday by security operatives, for carrying passengers who were not wearing face masks.

An eyewitness @ayebechristopher, revealed that the incident occurred at Marian in Calabar, Cross River State's capital.

He said the driver who was wearing a face mask when he was stopped, was beaten by security operatives till he collapsed. He was confirmed dead thereafter.
