There are many crooks abroad that are considered geniuses just because they got away with exploiting the system. Forbes celebrated the Obi Okeke guy some years before his arrest. Are they Nigerians too.
You as a citizen have no right whatsoever to investigate the source of anybody’s sudden wealth. Only special agencies are authorized to do that. If you suspect anyone, report to the right agency but God help you if your allegations are unfounded.
