I'm thinking of stopping this Opera news and focus on nairaland. Is better I'm not paid here on nairaland than the kind of rejection u get after cracking your brain to write something meaning. Each article must be atleast 150 words like those letters we were forced to write in waec.

In my opinion Opera news should have an appeal button. As nairaland have a mail mods option where u can atleast appeal and Express your mind as a human being.

My own two worst experiences.
1. Tb Joshua raised a dead man but cannot heal Coronavirus
I took time to watch the video by Emmanuel tv how tb Joshua raised a dead man. I watched that video for over 30 minutes I took screenshots from the video took details. Constructed my write up saying if tb Joshua can raised this dead man as reported in their video why not a corona patient guess what rejected for clickbait twice. How is it clickbait when my content was my post.


2. Nnamdi Kanu look alike in parents burial I was the only person on social media to get that photo. Dont ask how I got it. If u doubt check the time I posted it on nairaland and check any other blog mine was first.
Before I posted that picture on nairaland I posted it several times and got rejected on opera news for useless reasons see screenshots below. Out of fraustration I posted it on nairaland some bloggers took it to opera news and hit over 200 comments. Got paid.

Don't blame us or the mods too much for people now make up stories.
Even me, I will doubt such claims until I can confirm such stories or narrations from credible multiple sources.

I posted something on a look alike of Nnamdi Kanu I was rejected three times for not original, breaking their rules which was not stated and no logical meaning. then I posted it on nairaland someone took the post and posted it in opera news. Got approved with over 200 comments.
There should be an appeal button like YouTube and nairaland even moderators do make mistake. I've gotten my topic reinstated after emailing mods and ban lifted if I explain from my own point of view.
Not a situation where a robot will just kick u off and u cant complain. I'm done with Opera news as well.


The only way Opera news can move forward is to have an appeal. Where a human being can pass his own mind on his rejected post. If no appeal. Not coming back

Why don't you start a Youtube channel with voice-over commentary?

If your news is juicy enough (with the right captions) you can get at least 1000 views in a week.


People make money on YouTube just posting their animals doing something.

I left them too for this same reason

It's better to be using that Energy to create blog posts, apply for AdSense, if you don't want to go into blogging, just be creating websites, writing at least 20 genuine contents and apply for AdSense. After approval you sell the account.

USA AdSense is currently 11k, UK is 8k... It is still better than wasting your energy over nothing

Opera news and fake stories are like 5 and 6.
Quote them at your own peril.

Opera news: a classroom were ur good English gets corrupted from Their article.
After burning ur calories writing a good and an original article, they will just reject it with a reason best known to them.
It's just a place to learn bad English

What is they felt when they later allowed someone posted the same content maybe a different mod approved it. And talking on the raising dead but cant heal corona the video of the so called raising dead in there. Why should they thought when I provide all necessary evidence.
