Coronavirus turned 2020 from a very exciting and hopeful year, to one of staying at home and adhering to the sedentary life of a lockdown all over the world. In Nigeria, as most people continue to work from home and entrepreneurs are evolving to a mostly-digital approach to make ends meet. Nonetheless, staying fit without is very important now that the gyms are closed, and it's hard to resist going to the fridge for a snack every now and then. Many are proffering inventive means to meet an undefined yearning for fitness and weight loss through diet and regular exercise.

‘’The FASTTEST SHEDDER’’ is a 90-day weight loss reality show for women, incorporating physical training and healthy eating habits, the brand is fighting obesity and spreading a message of hope to people who find themselves in similar circumstances. According to a report by CNN in April, 2020, the TV show, supported by Three Crowns Milk and started in 2015, is Nigeria's first weight-loss reality show and is modeled on the 'Biggest Loser' in the United States. The show airs weekly in a one-hour program on WAP TV, Galaxy, Rave and POP Central.

There's also a “Three Crowns Fitness Challenge”, an exciting 30-day fitness digital and experiential engagement created for every mum and the family to stay active and imbibe a healthy lifestyle through exercise and eating right, every day. Due to the lockdown, and in the advent of the staying safe at home, the heart-friendly milk, this fitness challenge now features weekly in a live fitness and cardio session on Instagram via https://www.instagram.com/3CrownsMilk/, the program is hosted by renowned fitness coach, Shedams and livestreams at 9am on Saturdays.

Yes, 3crowns is a cheaper product compared to Peak. It's targeted at Mothers and the aged. It has low sugar and low cholesterol.
