My kindly advice is you should just go for tv and satellite separately more easy to troubleshoot

Pls gurus, While watching this morning the signal just went off and till now no single channel is on the list.
The installer used Hotbird, Astra 1 and eutelsat7 to install even though i had about 96channels in all.
I used 60cm and 1m dish with strong 4950hd decoder.
Pls, which sat will be best combo for me.
My family's favorite is Nollywood, WWE and football.
Please help the installer is coming in by 4.30pm today

Name used on satellite positions by installers to save scanned stations may not be the exact corresponding satellite names. Here, the information you have provided are:
You have 1 no of 60cm and 1 no of 90 m dishes.
You have 4950hd decoder.
You are saved on Hotbird, Astra1, Eutelsat7 but one can't tell your exact satellite positions. You are likely to be on 42°e, 28°e, and 7°e. If so, you should check your cable, all are working fine.

Will I get religious channels on this TP(MYTV)?

No, only MyTv for now. Many religious channels are still on Intelsat 20 @ 68.5 east.

Sorry for the diversion. Pls ,i installed dstv for a customer he has paid 4 sub but the 'my dstv channel' shows only dish but if i put it in 'All channel' the sub will come up.How can i make the 'my dstv channel' to come up to show all the channels?
