Hey guys, hope y'all are keeping safe?

Please I need valid contributions as it will help not just me, but many married couples dealing with the issue of PE.

It is common knowledge that stress, eating habits, biological disposition and lifestyle choices may affect especially men's sexual abilities as they advance in age.

Recently, my wife complained abt not enjoying sex as she used to before she put to bed our second baby over 8 months ago.

Before all of these complains, I used to be a go to guy for sex, but now, within 5mins the show's over and my wife took it lightly at first.... I guess I have been paying too much attention to work, piling bills, immediate and extended family issues and perhaps, stress and lack of proper sleep...

It takes a typical Nigerian Lady to be expressive about issues on sex, but I guess some of the quarrels I have been having at home are related to unsatisfactory sexual issues.

Easiest way of managing PE is when your partner is loving. Putting you under another stress will only make it worse.

The point here is she had to stop working towards the 3rd trimester cos she gets really heavy and health wise she was advised to stop working cos of potential risk of high blood pressure...

Financially things are pretty okay, and I must be honest she us really loving just that the issue lately made her lost interest in sex.

Try agbo , chew ginger and garlic every night and early in the morning . If you have access to this stuffs , get this done . Bark of cashew , guava leaf , bark of mangoes tree , efinrin leaf , Moringa leaf , ginger and garlic , kaun ( small quantity ) and lime plus water boil for hours and drink it like you’re drinking your normal water for a week

Performance anxiety is the major cause of PE by far. It sounds counterintuitive, but when I focus on my own sensations and idgaf about nothing else, that is when I find myself lasting forever.
Funny enough, it's what these concoctions all aim to do. Desensitizing you to external factors. I used them all.

One book I read when I was searching high and low said you should stop thinking/imagining about the pleasure, or counting sheep, dead kittens,
Instead focus on the actual physical sensations and as they are building you will find it easy to manage them. It works.
Using pumps/extenders also helps desensitizing the penis.
