Pray. Clean house,
Bath, listen to radio. Doesn't wake kids on time cos nothing to eat but if they wakeup I bath them take even warm water do their house duty then we read,/study

Still. Normal schedule. Wake up 7. Go to work. But I dey close around 3. But i dey bleep recently like mumu. Reason. Most of my gf are kind of bored due to the lockdown. So. I Dey invite dem one by one for better quarantine... grin

Work 12 hours for 6 days a week.

On Sunday, watch service from YouTube, then eat breakfast, then watch Netflix with wifey. Then sex, then sleep till next day.

And repeat the cycle.

Me : wake up 6am, do abs for 30minutes or more. Shower. Go to the local gym. Come back around 10ish. Do dishes. Wash. Shower. Breakfast. Game (if light dey) or read. Lunch. Dinner (before 8pm). Bedtime by 10 pm. Repeat next day.

The truth is Refnol wan to finish the small money I have..I take 5 Refnol (542) in a day with lots in Arizona...and the truth is the 5 refnol is not giving me highnes like before ...I have become tolerance to it and it want me to increase it..I really need help

Wake up around 11 or 12 because if I wake up before that hunger will kill me, open my free Facebook, reply chat's, go to Nairaland still free and read the headlines if der is any interesting topic I will comment, den logout, drink garri, sleep till 4 wake up play ludo, cook caftan rice( MTN rice) eat it by 5or6 enter Fb and Nairaland again chat/ comment till 11pm den I will eat d remaining rice and sleep, but while doing all this music is playing Oo, thank God there z steady light here in Ikeja
