Ewedu is just vegetable and can be taken at any time. So yes. Remember it's not to be prepared with akanwu. You can add fish and crayfish. B6 is okay as well but don't exceed 100mg daily. Yes, the ewedu have to be prepared daily to keep the nutrient fresh
Thank you so much ma!

The Most Important Thing is Love and Fear Of God.

I got married to my beautiful and loving wife fourteen years ago. We courted for four years before marriage and me strictly observed no sex before marriage. We both came from a background that discouraged premarital sex and we were cool with that. While we were dating, I observed that she was always having severe menstrual cramps and pain for 2-4 days every month but we never took it as something serious.

On our wedding night, I knew something was wrong as she was in severe pain during sex. I knew she was not a virgin before marriage because she told me about an unfortunate incident that happened to her when she was very young. It was quite obvious to me that she doesn't enjoy sex because of pain and the fact that her parent circumcised her. (How I hates her parents for this).

I love my wife dearly, and the thought of being unfaithful to her never crossed my mind. Over the years, God has been giving me the inner strength to show great understanding to her emotional needs and improvise for our sexual life. I know that on her part, she is making constant sacrifices to endure the pains just to please me. There are periods she becomes paranoid that I will leave her. Her reactions is understandable as we have been TTC for 13 years. We have been to several hospitals and have spent so much money on medical procedures and IVFs. Initially she was diagnosed of fibroid and she had two hysteroscopy to remove the fibroid. We tried another IVF after the surgery to no avail.

Her menstrual and ovulation pains got progressively worst and she developed the accumulation of bloody fluids in her tummy. She was initially misdiagnosed by two high profile hospitals of liver cancer and ectopic pregnancy respectively. These were very difficult period for us. But thankfully she was eventually diagnosed of severe endometriosis and she commenced treatment immediately. It took thirteen years for doctors to diagnosed what was wrong with my wife-ENDOMETRIOSIS.

Most doctors often overlook endometriosis as the leading cause of infertility in women. The pains of endometriosis is indescribable and very few people also understand that husbands whose wives suffers from this ailment do suffer emotional pains and stress.

With hormonal treatment, her pain is now manageable. We are still hopefully TTC. My parents and siblings have been very supportive. They know I love my wife dearly and they respect our privacy and decisions.

This is our story.

I narrate this story to encourage all those who are TTC not to give up in showing love to their spouses and to have the fear of God. I prayerfully and earnestly look forward to the day my wife will carry our baby in her arms with a smile in her eyes.
And as God liveth that day will come, the day you will carry your child in your arms, look back at what you have gone through and smile.it is well with you and your wife in Jesus name

Please kindly help for the following if u know
Shun mu roro
Eda
Internal heat
Ovulation booster..to see egg white
Sperm booster
All medical test came out perfect..yet no pregnancy for 7 years...
Please I beg in the name of God.. kindly help me
You can try combo of garlic, ginger, tumeric and cloves to see egg white. Peel the garlic, ginger and tumeric and soak for 1 day then you start taking on empty stomach once or twice daily. For the other things you mentioned, try using a tradomedical home. I started using one last month and I can see a difference already. Baby dust to us all.

thanks, doctors said progesterone are given from week 12, the miscarriage normally occurs in week 4 to 8

i dont think you heard correctly, if truly thats what the doctor said, then he is not well informed, and if he isnt well informed about simple matters, is it big matters, i would trust him on

i will walk away and find another good doc,
progesterone is administered once preganacy is confirmed, till 12weeks, cos the placenta is formed by 12weeks, and the body thus begins its natural production of progesterone, so no need to supplement. progesterone is expensive o. and you shud never start and stop until 12wks has elapsed. so mek sure the funds is ready, the common one is the insertibles, you insert once or twice daily vaginally or anally, injectibles are more effective, but more expensive as well...

poor man progesterone is baby aspirin, 81mg aspirin, taken once daily, from ovulation or bfp

wow, may God answer you speedily.
however, severe menstrual cramps is usually caused by fibroids and endometriosis. i wonder why it took you/the docs so long to make this simple diagnosis?. my brother, the best helping hand in this whole wide world is the one at the end of your arms, a couple of hours googling would have narrowed the probable cause to this 2 agents long ago...in ttc leaving everything in the hands of docs isnt always a wise move. you guys gotta wake up and take charge....in addition to prayers!

for endo, would advice she quits all processed sugars/flours....or if she cant immediately, let her stop 1 wk b4 her period, it reduces the pains greatly. 2ndly ruzu bitters also aleviates this [ain, 3rdly, there is another common herbal medicine sold in pharmacies that works even beta, i would update when i remember the name

sorry, if i may have come across as being harsh, i detest infertility so bad

I pray God answers your prayer and bless your home with beautiful babies. Have you considered adoption or surrogacy? I decided to try adoption after trying for a while, even though it didn't pull through, the thought of it filled my heart with joy. Also, Nodica fertility center is focused on IVF and treatment of endometrosis.

Touchy story! You are a strong man. God bless you and your wife, and it shall be a positive result for her very soon. One thing is finding the cause of a problem and another is solving it. Finding the cause is the largest part of success. I'm also TTC and I'm hoping my miracle is near. Since January I have been having severe menstrual pains that lands me in hospital. The first doctor suggested "guessed" Endometrosis and talked about Laparascopy. That was my first time of hearing those terms, I quickly googled and became scared. Even as I'm rejecting it one mind is scared. It's not my portion. Women body are very complex. God help us

Good morning Mama in the house and happy Easter Monday.

Cc: All mamas

Please I will like to ask mama that had carried out fibriods surgery to help me out. This is my third period after the surgery and it has not be the actual date I was expecting. It kept reducing by three days backward. Unlike before the surgery. My questions is, is this normal? Considering the fact that no doctor will want to give audience presently at the hospital.
