I recharged this number 09023515256 with #5000, #100, #100 (five thousand naira, one hundred naira, hundred naira respectively). The account was never credited but my first bank account Was deducted accordingly.
The transaction was made from my first mobile app.
I will prefer the transactions to be reserved with the due amount as I no longer wish to recharge the said number.
Also note that I didn't receive alert from first bank for the said transaction.
I need the money back asap
The customer care number isn't operational as it keep saying I should contact via email only. I've been bombarding them with email (Firstcontact@firstbanknigeria.com) with no response.
I need this money back asap.. This is not small money in this convid locked down.
Please note the recharge was meant for data.

their reversal is automatic....you don't even need to complain to them....but it takes within 24hrs.


So you have to exercise patience....if after 24hrs, is not yet reversed.....

then go to their twitter page and complain to them via their inbox ...they will respond immediately.

Its just so unfortunate that stuff like this is happening at this critical time. They should be prompt to queries and complaints by their customers.
