This is the kind of rubbish that makes me think the black man is inherently dumb.
The govt is in the process of taking over this illegally acquired property ow you are striking a deal with the criminal herself. At the end of the day she will come out looking like a saint.
Just leave the danm property alone and find other locations for your project.
