The property is under temporary forfeiture by the order of a court, and probably on its way to being permanently forfeited to the Federal Government due to it being labelled as proceeds of corruption. So what exactly is your point! Is it that the ex-First Lady is immune to prosecution because she was once very rich or has always been very rich?

As a temporarily forfeited property Mrs. Jonathan shouldn’t even have a say in what happens to the property, neither does the FG have any right to put it to any use. If there is a deal, the court concerned should be part of it, and I guess it is definitely part of this deal.
