He is very respectful man( that's the first reason why I was close to him like his wife).

And although the OP says nothing about his wife cooking for him, your example here also shows that you were cooking for more than one person and not just a single man, so let's leave that discussion.
It will always be suspicious if a married woman were cooking for just one guy consistently...e no get how you wan take explain am

As for your friend's husband, my summation is that he was/is a family friend - someone known to your husband, your friend too his wife was also aware he was helping you out. This is a very different scenario to the one in the OP.

And yes, he has to be idle to always be available to put on the generator for that woman, what are you suspecting me of?
A busy man or one with a woman of his own who comes around often or stays at his place, will not have so much time to be spending with his married neighbour, much less, putting on the generator whenever she needs it. Which kain yeye helping be dat one?

How did he know the wife is getting so close to the neighbor? Guess the wife told him, the wife let him know what is happening but he is insecure about it, he don't want the guy around. If the said wife is not a free person or if she's probably having an affair with the guy, she won't open up that much to the husband to the point he will know she's getting close to the man. Don't judge people that way, the woman maybe innocent. Everyone is saying she's cheating, how do they know that,because the man that's not living with his wife said so?

I have been out of the country for about 1Year 6 months and I discovered recently that my wife always call one of the neighbors who is a young man to come and help her turn on the generator. We have kids and the young man has become friends with both my wife and d kids and anytime I Complained about the closeness,she defends him and even turn against me.

All this back and forth English ehn..my view on this has always been clear. God who ordained marriage, brought the man and his wife together. Nothing or no one should put asunder. If you now so choose to move halfway across the world in your marriage leaving your significant other behind even with the noblest of intentions, then live with the consequences of that decision. But from experience of others, there certainly will be consequences. You may not know until later, but you will find that there will be. There is a being called the devil and he doesnt joke around. As for me, wherever i go, IF IT WILL BE FOR A SIGNIFICANT PERIOD of time, my wife/family goes with me. It cannot be God's will for me to be separated from the same family he gave to me, for ANY REASON. Call it whatever you want, you cant be across the world from your family and still assume you are together, that a void wont be formed, that the devil wont make moves (both ways). 20 million video calls wont suffice.
