There were two police check points. One at the entrance to Osun state, the other one at the exit of Oyo state. If the man died while at Osun check point and the driver is turned back, the check point at Oyo end will see a vehicle carrying a corpse.

US has conducted the highest number of test in the world but still has the highest number of deaths...conducting more test just helps you know which member of the population do have it which will enable you to effectively stop the spread....but this won't stop the deaths of people that already have it
