it is commendable albeit, I still have my reservations. Let this disbursement get to beneficiaries. We have over 100million Nigerians that are still handicapped. These people depends on their daily incomes. They are the one's this palliatives are meant for. My problems is, will this our dubious and corrupt leaders channel this funds to their appropriate use, without diverting the materials to their own selfish benefits.

I don't know why I just hate this Regime with passion.

It seems Katsina State is the biggest and most populous state since PMB assumed office.
