That is the reason why you all should put your heads together now, to ensure that does not happen. Our excess crude account has been depleted already. The whole world is struggling. Consider putting the available funds in such that would enable us as a nation to float. Rather than putting billions in Dangote, maybe fund Innoson to help produce ventilators for the rest of the world. We should identify the needs of the world at this peculiar time, project or estimate what the world will need in months to come, and evaluate if we have the resources to meet that need. This is the definition of being proactive.
It is inevitable. USA oil price is below $0 for the first time in history. I guess -$37. Their suppliers are looking for means to give it out. According to experts, if the pandemic continues, the world may run out of space to store oil.

They are still selling us fuel at N125. Fuel under OBJ should have been around N60 per litre.

Fuel, Kerosene and diesel are overpriced right now and NNPC is making a killing.

Why the independent marketers want to go into importation again. In fact the wealthy ones have started importing.
Of course they will be rushing to import and keep in their tank farms because they want to buy cheap now and sell very high when crude oil price goes back up. But God pass dem.

I understand..but the government must have civil servants even though I know they do almost nothing in their various offices..

Bottom line is Nigeria needs to transit into true federalism so that state governors can wake up and run their economies to the benefit of their people and not wait on oil monies from the niger delta.. just look at the state of the country.. we have leaders who are fools ..we have leaders depend on monthly stipend from the center to survive... thats madness.
The north is the problem with some idiotic selfish southerners who sell their birthright for useless appointments.

Nigeria as it is is even holding Africa back from developing because of the useless leaders we have.

This is the real game changer. We have been preaching diversify the economy for over a decade now, but nope, everybody is looking for quick money, no long term investment.

This ones even started looking for oil in Chad basin, katsina and all, spending huge funds that would have overhaul our manufacturing/agricultural sectors.

Now, Russia and S/Arabia have decided to crash oil price to less than $1/barrel.

If this war between those folks continue, am sorry to say, we are doomed.

But I believe that we would survive.
Nigerians in their Millions have been crying and shouting for RESTRUCTURING over decades ago,it fell on the ruling power deaf ears. Now,the oil prices is in negative, many Nigerians knew ahead that is coming this way,so why are they still telling us.What have they done with the money when the Oil was sold at $70 above? How many of the Govt Officials have reduced Allowances and Salaries. Now they are even taking money($)

If not for the love of the lower and middle class people i would have agreed that there should be no allocation by faac....everybody should embrace the spirit of capitalism and remove the entitlement method of socialism that has being our mixed economy that has not worked and will not work because we are never equal.

Nigeria has no business depending on oil money. Nigeria should depend on income taxes.

I'd even be the happiest person if our Oil dries up so we can grow up as a Nation. Let me see how our politicians, especially our Senators would survive with their oversized allowances.

At this point, all I can advice everyone is to factor in How to take your businesses online to the international community to ensure your economy doesn't depend on Nigerian economic blueprint. By so doing the rise of Dollar will be your gain

Anyway, I will Design a company Logo for 2k Only or Website for your Product or Company. Info below
And if the value of oil falls to zero we'll have a magical and overnight transformation to a diversified economy, right?

How is the NNPC making a killing?

From whom?

How many cars do you see on the road?

How many factories that use diesel are in operation now?

Who is buying PMS and AGO for the NNPC to be making this phantom profit you speak of?

When it was said, venture into agriculture, they kept deaf ear's. Oil, oil is what they became concern on. It's happening, depreciation of oil. Government that reason with one side of the brain and can not see the future. Greed!!!

Fayemi should be talking about economic diversification instead of sharing crocodile tears over what himself and other political marauders caused Nigeria.

The Yoruba's having been deceived by Tinubu using the change slogan will inherit an economy largely damaged by loan that generation unborn will struggle to pay back.

Now state governors are locking down state and their fragile economy all in the name of curtailing the spread of coronavirus.

Why can n't we find a way to keep businesses and the economy running while the medical personnel treat victims of convid 19.

Is it every Nigerian's that is infected with coronavirus?

There is too much political noise about this disease while looting of our collective Commonwealth continued unabated.

Farouq, Osagie and Ncdc official are politicalizing coronavirus and making big money for themselves and their cronnies

Nigerian politicians are not from planet Mars.

Nigerian politicians are a reflection of the Nigerian population!

An average Nigerian is very corrupt and will steal once he has half a chance

Stop blaming politicians alone, you as a Nigerian are also part of the problem because I can swear that at some point you have also cheated the system!

I am actually tired...until we hit ground zero our leaders would never think and actualize true federalism. Until oil dries up there won't be no head way with our leaders.. our leaders are daft thieves.. they are incompetent.. starting with our president. Most of our politicians don't know zilch of how a successful business works let alone the drivers for boosting an economy..

It no brainer that current world economic crisis will hit countries that are not free to print dollars, they don't have the power. They save in dollars and the dollars printers will devalue worth of their savings.

Let's see how many state will survive this when they get 70% less allocation than they got in 2019. One thing is certain, this is the best time to put intelligence of our governors to test.

Don't forget, those who see heavy taxation of citizens as the last resort, they are the least intelligent among them.

Because you will save up to 300,000 naira in Facebook ads budget, would you fill this form and use our powerful software for free? We will generate a report that will blow your mind in 20 minutes.
Which countries can print dollars (I guess you mean the US dollars here)?

It's simple, perhaps cos I was born and raised in a farm house.

My point is why should I share what I intend to translate into a business or out right money making venture?

They said hunger is coming and I know you are a big man. Let's discuss business and how will cash out.
