litigator:I'm not a "big man", whatever that means. I think it's high time we Africans learn to be much more open with information, especially when such information will not materially diminish your own opportunities. This mentality is what is holding us back from making any meaningful progress as a people. --- "A candle does not lose any of its light by lighting another candle". --- Safe! 2 Likes 1 Share |

Bevista: You are right. But you will also agree with me that no right thinking man will share his business plan with just anyone. Ain't that why we have NDA? To ensure no disclosure and circumvention? Have you offered any? "In Nigeria my dear country, if you use your candle to light another's candle, he will blow out your candle , just so, his candle will be the only one giving light." I dey lie? 1 Like |

jerryunit48: Ask your governors...they are to blame. They collect 13% derivation from the oil that is produced in the Niger Delta. Hold them accountable. FG has empowered and funded NDDC since 2001 to develop the Niger Delta. The core staff and management of NDDC are your Niger Delta indigenes. Ask them what they have done with the funds received since 2001. While GEJ who is from the Niger Delta was there, nothing was done to audit the account of NDDC to determine if they had used the funds judiciously or not. It was not until last year that Buhari, a Northerner, despite his shortcomings, revealed to us that NDDC accounts had never been audited since inception in 2001 (after 19 years) and thus, requested for the audit to be done. So, you should be asking your townsmen what they have done with NDDC money. 5 Likes |

bayelsaowei: I know we have had this problem for quite some time but the dullard at top now is just on another level, especially being goaded by the daft charlatans he has sorrounded himself with. I am even scared that even at ground zero these imbeciles will still be bereft of ideas to move in the right direction because of their selfish parochial wicked proclivities. As for the national assembly, those ones need yo be gassed out of this world. 1 Like |

ossaisly:/ You guys are funny. Other sources of revenue usually involve many years of planning and execution. Nigeria has no such plan. Buhari is too intellectually docile to implement such drastic plans even if they exist. The only thing they will do will be more taxes and levies. Brace up fellas. It is going to be a turbulent ride. For some reasons, the economy always find ways to go to the shitter everytime Buhari is at the helm of affairs. Coincidence? Next level is beginning to have a definitive meaning. \ 1 Like |

All the federal agencies and mdas, how much did they generated? How much did they remitted? All the looted funds, how much did they collected back, how much did they spent during recovery, I was listening to radio and one analyst said that most of these anti corruption agencies might end up spending N4 to recover N5. So where are all the monies going? Many sectors are laying redundant and untapped. All that concerns us is "oil" .Just gimme my chunk and let me pass!!! Till when!!! Even an entrepreneur or sole proprietor usually doesn't have only one source of income. Porous borders, imported goods up and down. I pray we don't end in recession !!! |
