I knew this, but it just didn't make sense. His mother was also mentally disturbed and he loved anyway. Why'd he then kill her 'cos of some misrepresentation of truth, which had more to do with her mental imbalance than anything else?

Of all the killings he did, this one seemed totally meaningless.

The realization of all what his mother did/stood by to let happen to him sends him completely over the edge of sanity. You’d recall that the abused that was melted out on him was what caused his troubled mental state and disturbing laughs, so knowing that is mother had a hand in it was something he could never forgive

Introversion doesn't translate to staying away from civilization. The more accurate term will be "anti-social" not introvert.
I dont know if you were a caged bird (routine childhood, triangle life, from home to school back home or maybe church) or you decided to keep to yourself. Either way lack of exposure often leads to regret as you may suffer in adult life and get the exposure the hard way.
The more important question should be what your reaction to exposure will be. Will you be overwhelmed? if you have a character that will not easily be influenced, then i advice you get the necessary exposure. If not i will advice you try to build yourself, as inexposure often makes young adults involve in deliquencies.
By the way, i am introvert too. And i am very exposed, thanks to my parents too. I got admission at a very young age, but i scaled through without engaging in vices due to my exposur

Introversi0n has to do with being alot m0re c0mfortable with one's self than 0ne is am0ngst people. It's n0thing negative or anything that has to do with exposure. Pers0nally, i am exposed but i d0n't like the spotlight or being with the crowd. I get drained when eyes are on me and i get to do the talking to people [that's what an introvert is]. It has n0thing to do with being locked up. U just d0n't like the outside world than u do when u are in ur privacy.

just do some research on introvert, you are believing some myths about introverts. If you feel you should improve on your exposure and social stance, then do it, dont hide under the introvert umbrella.

Exposure almost has little bearing on one being social or not. Some people choose not to be social.

there are many thing wrong with introversion. Like social anxiety disorder, depression, multiple personality disorder, suicide etc. Research has shown introvert are likely to commit suicide. To me, introversion is one mental illness people take as normal

And being an extrovert atimes has its demerits, c0nsidering being an outgoing pers0n, u are living for the world. Suicide is atimes as a result of solitude. Introversi0n is m0re than that. Introversi0n has to do with being m0re of a listener than a talker [me, for example, i love hearing people talk <reas0nable tinx oh> than actually talking], i love my privacy and avoid other people's problems. And also, keeping few friends but being free with any0ne c0nsidering u d0n't have to spend time with them. Solitude is u being totally al0ne, which isn't introversi0n. We introverts love being with people we trust, rather than the world. We hate attenti0n. Introversi0n is a character trait n0t mental illness.

The society not liking introverts is another0 myth you must do away with, get more confident and do what you think is best for you. If you love been reserved, that's ok, but don't think that you are doomed to be that way.
And yes, i can relate with having difficulties in socializing.

really? Cos i think u are wr0ng. The society have a respect for introverts cos they have that mysterious aura around them. I mean, i can go to place and people keep w0ndering who i am. I can be any0ne to them. And that informs my interacti0n with people. I d0n't get pressured to be s0me0ne. I can be any0ne depending on ur opini0n [which is reverse psychology and it keeps me safe]. I can decide to be funny jux by being calm and sarcastic. I can be n0isy if u want me [but that'll exhaust me], and i can cho0se to go the Romantic length with a gal if i want to because no one expects anything of me. Yea, it's true extroverts get gals falling for them, but a witty introvert can get such gals having 2nd thoughts. I can also cho0se to be stupid, dull or intelligent. Being an introvert leaves u with choices cos u aren't pressured as u aren't the centre of attracti0n.
